Order Processing
- Orders are shipped from Cork, Republic of Ireland via An Post.
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be longer than usual - we will always announce any delays in the Announcements Bar at the top of our website.
- A confirmation email with your order details will be sent once your order is successfully placed. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@ruby-reese.com.

- Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us for this reason, we will refund the product cost (excluding the original shipping fee) and ask you to re-place your order.
